Betty Mae Monter
Age 66, of Louisville, OH. died Sunday, December 11, 2011 in Union Hospital following an extended illness. Born July 18, 1945 in Canton, OH. to the late Earl and Dora (Zulu) Mandel. She was a Louisville resident most of her life and a member of the United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Douglas H. Monter in 2010; one son, Kevin Monter; one brother, Ken Mandel. Survived by one daughter, Maria Lynn Monter of St. Louis, MO; two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Paula Monter of Tempe, AZ, John Monter of Louisville; four grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; three sisters, Nora Slater, Patti and Bernadette; one step-sister, Nancy Silovich. A graveside service will be Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 11:30 am in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH. with Rev. Dan Deem officiating.
