Betty Ann Burner
Age 78, of Louisville, passed away Saturday December 19, 2015 in Aultman Compassionate Care. She was born July 25, 1937 in Detroit, MI to the late Haley Jones and Ida Marie (Watts) Work. Betty was a Louisville resident since 1962. She was a member of the Louisville Church of Christ where she was active with the Radiant Retirees, the church clothing closet and had served as a Sunday school teacher. Betty’s greatest joy was her family; she enjoyed time spent with her children and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Ronnie “Butch” Work. She is survived by her husband, Robert A. Burner to whom she was married 54 years; four children and their spouses, Robert Scott and Jonnda Burner, Kimberly and Gower Ludwig, Kelly and Alan Pettit all of Tennessee, Jeffrey and Amy Burner of Louisville; seven beloved grandchildren to whom she was known as “Bebe”, Jillya, Nathan, Alana, Sarah, Victoria, Joshua and Jacob; one sister, Kathy and Gary Holland of Tennessee. The family would like to thank Aultman Hospice and Aultman Compassionate Care for their wonderful care. Funeral services will be Tuesday December 22, 2015 at 11:00am in the Louisville Church of Christ at 1520 California Ave., Louisville, OH 44641 with Brian Grubbs officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends will be received Monday from 5-8pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton and one hour before services on Tuesday at the church (10-11am).
