Bettilu Bower, age 78, of Canton died Saturday, October 13, 2007 in McKinley Health Care Center following an brief illness. Born May 15, 1929 in Shadyside, OH. to the late Floyd and Nita (Watson) Brown. She was a Canton area resident most of her life and formerly employed by Canton Local Schools where she worked in the cafeteria. Member of the Chapel of North Canton. Preceded in death by her husband Dean R. Bower in 2004. Survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Karen Bower of Canton; two grandchildren, Michael Bower and Marci Terrigan both of Canton. There will be no services. Private interment in Bowerston Longview Cemetery, Bowerston, OH. Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. in charge of arrangements.
