Bertha F. Gibson
Bertha F. Gibson, age 90, of Canton, passed away Monday April 28, 2008 in the Legends Care Center. She was born December 13, 1917 in Salineville, OH. to the late Oliver and Minnie (Toalston) McIntosh. Bertha was a member of North Industry Christian Church, Royal Neighbors of America and the former Canton South Lions Club. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William B. Gibson in 1992; one son, Jerald Gibson in 1997; one grandson, Todd Gibson; one sister, Gladys Huther. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Helen and Richard Montague of Canton; four grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday April 30, 2008 at 11:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Steven W. Kimbrel officiating. Interment in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before services on Wednesday (10-11am). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
