Bernadine A. Sedlock
Bernadine A. Sedlock, age 84, of Canton died Saturday, March 18, 2006 in Hanover House following a brief illness. Born June 18, 1921 in Canton, OH. to the late Charles and Mary G. (Kall) Sedlock. She was a life resident of Canton and retired from Aspro Corp. after 30 years of service. Bernadine was a member for 83 years of Sacred Heart of Jesus Slovak Catholic Church and had been a current member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. Also member of Zenska Jednota and Sacred Heart Action Group. Bernadine enjoyed and cherished time spent with her nieces, nephews and extended families. Preceded in death by four sisters, Agnes Tondra, Helen Lehotay, Mary Karnak, Gertrude Poparad. Survived by two nieces and spouses, Josephine and John Almasy of Canton, Dorothy and Roger Vincent of Navarre; three nephews and spouses, David and Marie Karnak of Cleveland, Charles and Arlene Karnak of Cleveland, Richard and Rose Tondra of Ames, Iowa; many loving great nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff at Hanover House for the loving care given to Bernadine. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday March 23, 2006 at 10:00 am in St. Benedict Catholic Church with Fr. John Zuzik as celebrant. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 6 -8 pm with Zenska Jednota prayer service at 5:45pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave.
