Beatrice J. Bailey
Age 91, of East Canton passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2017 in St. Luke Lutheran Home. Born February 10, 1926 in Lansing, OH to the late Harry and Laura (Rutter) Taylor. She was an East Canton resident for the past 53 years. Beatrice was a very active member of the East Canton Church of God where she was active with the WCG and was a choir member. Preceded in death by her husband, Clyde J. Bailey in 2012; two brothers, William and Russell Taylor; three sisters, Edith Taylor, Thelma Taylor and Irene Marmie. She is survived by three daughters, Patricia (Danny) Lazar, Carolyn Mathis, Charlotte Bailey; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; one step-brother, James Wiley. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Absolute Hospice and St Luke’s Lutheran Home for their love and care. Funeral services will be Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017 at 10:00 am in the Arlington Avenue Church of God, 142 Arlington Ave NW, Canton, OH. 44708, with Pastor Webb Parsons officiating. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church from 9:00 – 10:00 am.
