Barbara J. Shanower
Age 89, of Navarre, passed away Wednesday May 17, 2017 in Aultman Hospital. She was born December 4, 1927 in Ragersville, OH to the late Charles E. and Minnie (Leiser) Miller. Barbara was employed as a bookkeeper with Koehler Brothers for many years and served with the Richville Park as a trustee and bookkeeper. She was a former member of the Richville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harlan J. Shanower in 2013; two brothers and one sister. She is survived by five children, Mike (Cynthia) Shanower, Donna “Trudy” (David) Stalder, William Shanower, Debby Shanower (Mark Little), Wayne Shanower (fiancé, Lori Prine); six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
