Barbara L. Baiker, age 68, of Magnolia, died Friday May 4, 2007 in Aultman Hospital following an extended illness. She was born October 31, 1938 in Petersburg, WV. Barbara was a Magnolia area resident since 1959 and attended Sandy Valley Church of God. She was a member of Sandy Valley Eagles Auxiliary #3228 where she was Vice-President. She is preceded in death by her mother, Lula Smith; husband, Joseph L. Baiker in 1992; one sister, Mary Smith; two brothers, Merlin and Arthur Smith. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Baiker of Magnolia, David and Linda Baiker of Canton, Christine Baiker of Strasburg; three grandchildren, Jeremy, Amanda and Susan Baiker; one great grandson, Joey Crust; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Ike Smith of Winchester, VA, Warren and Margaret Smith of Canton; several nieces and nephews; a special niece, Brenda and her husband, Eddie Turley; many dear friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday May 8, 2007 at 1pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Clifford Hughes officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery.
