B. Inez Crisp
B. Inez Crisp, age 89, of Sagamore Hills, OH, died Sunday September 18, 2005 in Brentwood Health Care following an extended illness. She was born September 15, 1916 in Hattiesburg, MS to the late Horace and Minnie (Speed) Cox. She was a Canton area resident since 1947 and a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi. Inez retired from Canton Local Schools where she had served as an educator at North Industry and Amos McDannel Elementary Schools. Member of Macedonia United Methodist Church and was formerly a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church for many years. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Delmas S. Crisp Sr. in 2000; one sister, Beatrice Kidd. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Caroline and Charles Pickering of Sagamore Hills; one son and daughter-in-law, Delmas Jr. and Sandra Crisp of Macon, GA; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one sister, Emma Lou Watson of Enterprize, MS. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:00 am in Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. Internment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call Wednesday 6-8pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Ohio at 2500 E. 22nd St., Cleveland, OH 44115.
