Avelee Larkins
Age 81, of Canton died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 in Aultman Hospital following an extended illness. Born February 7, 1931 in West Virginia to the late Gennings and Essie (Hughes) Knotts. She was a Canton resident since 1950 and a member of Perry Christian Church. Preceded in death by one son, Larry Larkins; two brothers and four sisters. Survived by her husband of 61 years, Orville D. Larkins; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Doug Stevens of Canton; one son, Roger Larkins of Canton; one daughter-in-law, Patty Larkins of Waynesburg; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; two sisters, Gretta Gulliam, Ruthann Honeycutt; three brothers, Dale, Lloyd and Kenny Knotts; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 1:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on south Cleveland Ave with Pastor Rod Geiger officiating. Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 4-8 pm.
