Arlene M. (Taylor) (Bartlett) Blanchard
Age 94, of Canton died Saturday, September 1, 2012 in the Canton Christian Home. Daughter of the late Howard and Elva (Heinbuch) Taylor. She was a life resident of Canton. Arlene was a Stanley Home Products dealer and was employed by Bearings, Inc. before her retirement. She was a member of as well as organist at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church for over fifty years, taught adult Sunday school for many years, was active with the Ohio branch of World Gospel Mission and in later years was a member of little Country Church in Waynesburg. Preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Milo Bartlett in 1974; second husband, Earl D. Blanchard in 2002; one daughter, Claudia Mae Bartlett in October of 2011; a sister, Lucille M. Breniser in 1981; a sister-in-law, Lucy Breniser in 1998; a step daughter, Darlene Blanchard in 2003 and a brother-in-law, Joe M. Breniser in 2007. Survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Lee Cramer of Uniontown; two step sons and spouses, Robert and Joyce Blanchard of Wooster, Daryl and Linda Blanchard of West Salem; one step daughter and spouse, Charlene and Vince Willits of Ocala, FL; five step grandchildren; six step great grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Elden and Roberta Taylor of Canton; two sisters-in-law and spouse, Dorothy Breniser of Canton, Vivian and Richard Moomaw of Clarence, NY; one brother-in-law and spouse, Chester and Donna Blanchard of Canton; two nephews and spouses, Howard and Jill Taylor, Mark and Debbie Breniser all of Canton; one niece, Melanie Taylor of Whittier, CA; five great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012 at 11:00 am in the Canton Christian Home Chapel with Chaplain Ronald Iwanusa officiating. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Wednesday from 10:00-11:00 am. Memorial donations may be made to the Canton Christian Home Benevolent Fund, 2550 Cleveland Ave, NW. Canton, OH. 44709.
