Anna L. Kintigh
Age 98, of Canton died Sunday, April 15, 2012 in the Canton Christian Home following a brief illness. Born Feb. 17, 1914 in Canton, OH. to the late Carl and Fannie (Tish) Lowe. She was a life resident of Canton and a 1931 graduate of Waco High School. Anna was formerly employed by Wades Sweet Shop for 19 years. She was a member of North Industry Christian Church, Leisure Lees, Canton Christian Home Auxiliary and Canton South AARP.
Preceded in death by her husband, Garled Kintigh in 1994 to whom she was married for 58 years; one brother, Paul Lowe; one sister, Ruth Sickafoose; a special friend, William Sleighter. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis and Joe Noll of Neenah, WI., Joyce and Robert Jones of Canton; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Dorotha "Dusty" Kintigh of Canton; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 10:30 am in North Industry Christian Church with Stephen Kimbrel officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call Wednesday from 5-7 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave.and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church from 9:30 - 10:30 am. Memorial donations may be made to the Canton Christian Home or North Industry Christian Church.
