Andrew J. Reti
Age 83, of Canton died Wednesday, June 26, 2013 in Altercare of Navarre following a brief illness. Born July 4, 1929 in Canton, Ohio to the late Steve and Susie (Veg) Reti. He was a life resident of Canton and a graduate of Canton Timken Vocational High School. Andrew was both a U.S. Navy and U.S. Army veteran having served during the Korean War. He was a retired police officer with the Canton Police Department and had been formerly employed by John Anderson's Flower Shop. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Reti in 2005; one sister, Elaine Dosa; one brother, Joe Reti. Survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Roberta Corn of Canton, Andrea and James Cutlip of Louisville, KY., Brenda and Philip Bonillas of California, Lisa Reti of Canton; seven grandchildren, James Jr., Terin, Joshua, Krystina, Brandon, Brianna and Kaci; one great granddaughter, Ava; one brother and sister-in-law, Eugene and Darlene Reti of Canton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave with Pastor Thomas Shank Jr. officiating. Interment in Liberty Cemetery, Minerva. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 pm. Memorial donations may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church.
