Allen A. Archibald
Age 78, of East Canton passed away Sunday April 27, 2014 in the Community Hospice House, New Philadelphia, OH. He was born November 11, 1935 in Canton to the late Arthur and Elverna (Coates) Archibald. Allen was a life resident of the Canton and East Canton area. He retired from the City of Canton Street Department in 1973 after 16 years of service. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, James and John Archibald. He is survived by four sons, Ron (Reyne) Archibald of Ft. Myers, FL, Michael (Lynn Fisher) Archibald of Akron, Steven (Tracy) Archibald of Canton, Anthony (Alicia Schroeder) Archibald of Canton; five grandchildren, Shannon, Eric, Matt, Allison and Jacob; one brother, Robert (Betty) Archibald of Canton. Funeral services will be Thursday May 1, 2014 at 2:00pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Terry Bailey officiating. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery.
