Age 87, of Navarre, OH. died Sunday, October 4, 2009 unexpectedly in her home. Born September 1, 1922 in Pultney Township, Belmont County, Ohio. to the late Oscar L. and Nellie May (Bass) Johnson. She was a Navarre / Beach City area resident for the past 50 years. Preceded in death by her first husband, Howard Giffin Ramsay; second husband, Maurice Ralph Rodocker; one son, Howard Bruce Ramsay; four brothers, Taylor W., Roland A., Earl O. and William H. Johnson. Survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Steve Dower of Hobe Sound, FL; one daughter-in-law, Sara Foster Ramsay of Clarksville, TN; three grandsons, Matthew (Lori) Ramsay of Pflugerville, TX., Morgan Ramsay of Louisville, KY., Aaron J. Dower of Hobe Sound, FL; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ross and Mary Johnson of Bellaire, OH., Clarence and Stella Johnson of Louisville, OH.; one sister, Lois Gibboney of Grove City, OH; many beloved nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009 from 5 - 7 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. Additional calling hours and services will take place in Bellaire, OH. Inurnment in Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
