Aaron M. Salamon
Age 38, of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly Sunday January 3, 2016. He was born February 10, 1977 to Leon Salamon Jr. and Vickie A (Carraher). Aaron was a 1995 graduate of Perry High School and formerly employed by O’Reilly Auto Parts. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Leon Salamon Sr. and Leo Carraher. Aaron is survived by his mother and step-father, Vickie and Gordy Fothergill of Minerva; father and step-mother, Leon and Carla Salamon Jr of Canton; one sister, Courtney John; one step-sister, Shelby Hisey; his grandmothers, Sandra Salamon and Marion Carraher; good friends, E.J. and Carrie Stamper and their son, Bentley; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be Thursday January 7, 2016 at 2:00pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Rev. Charles Whetsel Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Mapleton Cemetery. Friends will be received one hour before services on Thursday (1-2pm). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association at P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
