Florence E. Irwin
Age 97, of East Canton, passed away Friday January 12, 2018 in Altercare of Louisville. She was born August 6, 1920 in Canton to the late George B. F. and Mary D. (Landon) Neidig. Florence was an East Canton resident most of her life and had attended Robertsville Wesleyan Methodist Church. She and her husband, Arthur were the former owner/operators of Art’s Body Shop in Robertsville. Florence is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur L. Irwin in 1985; one son, Donald “Buck” Irwin; four brothers and three sisters. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Dale and Sue Irwin of Minerva, Howard and Gloria Irwin; two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Jim Sharp, Beth and Terry Rick; daughter-in-law, Edith Irwin all of East Canton; 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday January 16, 2018 at 10:00am in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Rev. Dr. Clint Quillen, Rev. David Quillen and Rev. Thomas Haight officiating.
